My name is Lora
As a Project Manager, my tasks include collaboration with the Global team, taking
accountability for quality and on-time delivery of work which focuses on
insurance brokerage and management of the client’s global benefits.
I am heavily involved in the review of client documents and assess missing data requirements during transition and implementation, file data, renewals and contract
management.
I also perform data validation and process work using agreed-upon tools, standards, and techniques, following review processes and establishing deep client relationships between the company and brokerage clients.
I also worked as a Subject Matter Specialist for 7 years focusing on Intellectual
Property (i.e., trademarks, copyrights etc.) whose main job is managing
client's trademark and copyright portfolio -- trademark renewals, client

regular status reports to stakeholders. I monitor service quality issues raised
by the clients and the interventions implemented by the Quality Team.
I also worked for another 7 years in a company as a Sr. Data Analyst wherein I
