In addition to this, I also worked with 24-7 Intouch and was profiled to an E-commerce platform account as a merchant support advisor. Shopify is a broad account because it allows merchants to build their online stores, post their products or drop ship them through the platform etc. This was another great opportunity for me because it gave me an opportunity to learn about how ecommerce works on an individual level as well as on a macro level.
