Profile Description

I have been working in the BPO industry for 4 years, and I have been able to learn so much from my experiences with different companies. 
I started off with Concentrix and was profiled to one of the largest credit card issuer in the world as a financial account Upgrade to see actual info was a very exciting job because it allowed me to learn about all aspects of credit cards: inbound calls and outbound calls, verification of transactions, filing cases, dispute resolution etc. 
In addition to this, I also worked with 24-7 Intouch and was profiled to an E-commerce platform account as a merchant support advisor. Shopify is a broad account because it allows merchants to build their online stores, post their products or drop ship them through the platform etc. This was another great opportunity for me because it gave me an opportunity to learn about how ecommerce works on an individual level as well as on a macro level.
I’m currently working in Continuum specifically Customer service representative for Verizon. Verizon is a telco provider in the US. We cater customers with regards to the their phone services, do troubleshooting, billing, promotions, showcase our new products and plan Upgrade to see actual infoco account is a very difficult account as we encounter different type of customers and this helps me improve my critical thinking/decision making and problem solving skills.
