I have relevant experience related to this job because I have worked as a Virtual Assistant Intake lead specialist or Ambassador of First Impression in a Personal Injury law firm located in Texas called Herrman&herrman for almost a year and we are using lead docket as well. We are also using file vine, outlook, thumbtack,zoom, and litify. I also have experience for 3 years in a BPO industry in which Sprint and T-mobile are my clients, Etsy and a BPM company in which we do handle collections account. I also have experienced working as a Digital Admin and Social Media Specialist. I have a great knowledge using different social media platforms and google suite tools and CRM system like lead docket, salesforce and tools like slack, zoom, ring central. I believe I would be a perfect fit for this role for I'm a fast learner and be able to adapt a fast-paced environment. I know with the skills and knowledge I have I will be able learn things as quickly as I can. I'm willing to be trained. I'm a very dedicated and hardworking individual as I want to be a beneficial part of the company and contribute to its success.
