Profile Description
I started my BPO career in 2010 as a Customer Service Representative at Systemac, handling Amazon and eBay orders, refunds, cancellations, and complaints, as well as Intuit QuickBooks software accounts. I then transitioned to back-office work as an Outbound CSR dealing with escalations, and after a year, was promoted to Subject Matter Expert for nearly two years.
In 2018, I joined Stellar as a CSR for Jetstar Airways, focusing on flight reservations, sales, refunds, cancellations, and complaints. The pandemic hit hard, leading to a significant reduction in workforce and a shift to a Telco account.
I raccepted a role as a VA Cold Caller in real estate for more than 2 years , where I contact homeowners interested in listing their properties and schedule appointments for them.
