Profile Description

I am hardworking, motivated, responsible, technically inclined and values integrity. I have been providing excellent customer service for more than three years, and more than a year technical support experience through contact centers. I also have a non- contact center experience handling office works, like email appointment, and responding to email with client and or vendor concerns. 
I am well versed in G Suite, and Microsoft Office, and skilled in communicating with clients over the phone, chat, and email. I am open with enhancement and new learnings, for that I am eager to learn new tools in order for me to do my job well.
