I've used different CRMs such as Canva, Adobe, Outlook, MS Teams, MS Office, Google Drive, Genesys (chat tool), ITSM ServiceNow (ticketing tool), Sharepoint, VCC, IEX, Qualtrics, and many more.

I can do administrative tasks and basic tasks like internet research, social media management, keyword search, appointment setter, payroll, managing online shops/accounts, data entry, and a lot more. I am a detail-oriented type of person. I am well versed in the English language, both verbal and written communication. I always strive to improve my skills, learn on the job, and deliver enjoyable and quality customer experiences.
