Profile Description

I'm a graduate of Bachelor of Arts Major in Sociology at Mindanao State University from A.Y.Upgrade to see actual info.  As a sociologist, I have skills on community development and social behavioral science like consumer behaviors and social research (survey).  I have more than five years of work experience as a clerk working in different government agencies and private companies with different roles.  I've been a secretariat, inventory clerk, secretary, community worker, project manager, auditor, customer service representative, livelihood program monitoring staff, and bookkeeper.  

I have undergone training on how to do bookkeeping using Microsoft Excel, Quickbooks Online, and Xero.  I am very familiar with bookkeeping cycle from opening of accounts to closing.  I know the journal entry, general ledger, balance sheet, income statement, cash flow, bank reconciling, and financial analysis.

I also have skills on being a general executive virtual assistant where I can also apply my more than 5 years of experience in the office-based jobs.  I am good on Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Zoom, Google Meet, Slack, and Upgrade to see actual info.  I also have good phone etiquette and can handle more than 80 to 100 phone calls.  I have good writing and communication skills especially business writing.  I am good on handling emails, coordination, and managing travels (flights, hotels, and land transport).  I'm also good in doing minutes of the meetings.
