I started working in 2014, Been in the Call Center industry for almost 8 years. I've to handle various types of roles. I've been technical support, customer service representative, back office consultant, Sales representative, and Claims specialist, and aside from that, I'm also doing freelancing. I have an IT degree so I'm into computers, I may say that I'm 100% confident that I can do the job efficiently and effectively. I have more than a year of experience in appointment setting with my freelancing career at the same time doing outbound and inbound calls for sales.
