About me, I started off my career as a Customer Service Representative at a US-based Telco Company where I answered inbound calls and provided all the information about our products, assisted customers with their orders and payments, and resolved their issues. I later worked at Concentrix under Sprint Account. The account we handled was Telco Account where I had several roles from Collections, Customer service, Reset passwords, and billing to Plans. Account Specialist to Retention Specialist. Utilizing excellent customer service and technical knowledge skills, I was able to resolve any technical concern and issue. I also regularly met all the goals and have had excellent feedback provided by the customers on post-call surveys. I also have experience working in the BPO industry specifically at Concentrix and I also have training in Social Media Marketing and other courses and training to hone my skills. 

I like to work at home because productivity skyrockets when working in an environment that has decreased distractions. Working from home gives you the space you need to think critically and perform better.
