Profile Description

For more than 10 years, I have worked in the customer service sector (sales and support), both on-site and remotely, for organizations including Upgrade to see actual info, Infosys (Cisco), United Health Group, Sixpack Shortcuts, Krossover, CRI Genetics, and Cypher Solutions.  

Before obtaining a remote direct hire position, I provided customer care help on Upwork.

Using e-learning resources and training modules, I have developed procedures and processes.

I was in charge of the sales team's performance and produced frequent workflow and process interpretations to look for ways to make the experiences of support sales agents better.

In order to give the team's new trainers and performers greater flexibility and chances, I have also developed a number of training programs.

It is in my best interest to offer the greatest customer service (sales and support) and to ensure that I keep improving over time to keep up with standards.
My ultimate objective is to make sure I go above and above for my customers, my employer, and myself. Since I firmly think that if my client and employers succeed, I will as well.

Even if the aforementioned is only the tip of the iceberg, this way of thinking about life has helped me in my professional career. 

There will always be opportunity for development and difficulties, but I am prepared to face them all squarely in order to meet my objectives.
