Microsoft Windows Servers 2003, 2008, 2012
Microsoft Exchange 2003, 2007, and 2010.
Microsoft Communicator 2007 and Microsoft Lync 2010
Microsoft Forefront Protection for Exchange Server
Microsoft Hyper-V, Windows Server Domain Controller, Active Directory, Application Server, File Server, VPN

With basic to intermmediate skills in Microsoft Cloud products such as Microsoft
Azure, Azure Active Directory (Microsoft Entra ID),  Microsoft 365, and Microsoft Defender.

Networking skills have intermmediate to advance level
Switches / Router -  Linksys Router, 3Com Switches, HP Procurve, Mikrotik
Firewall: Cyberoam / Sophos, Fortinet

Backup skiils from basic to advance level
Vendor: StorageCraft / Arcserve , Veeam, Datto (Datto BCDR and Datto SaaS Protection)

Remote Monitoring / Ticketing:  ConnectWise Manage, ConnectWise Automate, Labtech, ScreenConnect, Kaseya
