Profile Description

Credit Investigator:
*Gather Information regarding the credit of an individual and it's character, capacity, capital, conditions and other relevant information.
*Technical profiling of a client with the purpose of his/her credit worthiness.
*Determine the client's capacity to pay and his/her reputation.
*Basis in credit decision making of the approving authorities.
Appraiser:
*Establish accurate value of certain property and determine it's maximum loan value.
*Ensure that the property offered as security for loan, is free from encumbrances.
*Keeping the management constantly informed on changes in the value of a certain property triggered by some factors.
Financial Analyst:
*Verify figures with material amount reflected in Financial Statements.
*Create Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow Statement.
*Obtain figures to supply estimated average personal Cash Flow of the borrower.
*Estimate disposable income.
