Profile Description

I have an accumulated 6 years of experience when it comes to the Logistics and Supply Chain industry.

Worked as a back-office Global Logistics Specialist for a US-Based company which specializes in branded merchandise advertisements. I handled purchase orders, sales orders, and invoices for orders and freight shipments (Air, Ocean, Land) internationally and domestically to and from the United States, China, Mexico, Canada. etc...

If I wasn't working on managing orders and shipments, I would be working on order lead time and tracking shipments for the company. Coordinating with vendors and clients for late orders and take the necessary steps to ensure the goods reaches to the customer on time.

I also have background as a Logistics Analyst for a 3PL based here in the Philippines.

Handled the outbound and inbound of merchandise in the warehouse.
Procuring and processing of documents such as FSIs (Final shipping instructions), Packing List, ASN (Advance Shipping Notice), Picking List, shipping labels, etc… Demand and supply forecasting for inventory management.

I am highly proficient with Oracle, NetSuite, multiple carrier ERP (FedEx, UPS, Scan Global, etc...), Microsoft Excel (Macros Included).

I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Major in Export and Import Management.
