Experienced Quantity Surveyor/Estimator, Structural Designer, CAD drawing and Construction Manager with a demonstrated history of working in Engineering Industry.  Bachelor's degree focused on Civil Engineering. I am a motivated person with positive attitude towards any given tasks.

I can provide you in terms of:
1. Quantity take-off using Bluebeam, Planswift and Autocad

a) Architectural and Fit-out - Floor, Wall and Ceiling Finishes, Wall cladding, Bathroom fixtures, Windows, Doors and hardware, Furnishing, Kitchen countertop and Special finishes

b) Structural, Civil Works - Concrete, Masonry, Metals and Exterior Works

2. Project Management and Construction Coordination using Software - MS Project

3. Administrative Works - Procurement, Document Control, Data Entry and Scheduling

4. Structural Design - Residential and commercial facilities, beams, columns, staircase, roof trusses, pipe bridges using STAAD
