I have been working with international clients in the BPO industry since 2015. I started as a customer support for a US Telco provider during my senior year in college since I was a working student back then.
When I got my diploma, I finally landed a job which fits my bachelor's degree. I worked with other BPO companies as a financial services representative (US/Australia clients).
My recent employment was with a US based IT Solutions as a member of the Accounts Payable Department for 2.5 years. Our main accounting software is SAP (SAP300/400, SAPHana), along with other software like SX/Trend. I used to worked with US and Canada clients (vendors).
Throughout my work experiences, I have enhanced my analytical and organizational skills. Moreover, I have improved my English and business communication, both verbal and written. I have also developed my skills with spreadsheets (Microsoft Excel & Google Sheets), SharePoint, and other office tools which helped me a lot to carry out my tasks efficiently and effectively.
