Over time, my role expanded to include Social Media Management, where I handle and strategize content across multiple platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok. I am currently managing accounts that are performing exceptionally well, demonstrating my ability to drive engagement and growth.
In addition to my freelance work, I have gained valuable experience in customer service through on-site roles, which has honed my communication and problem-solving skills. Currently, I am the Social Media Manager for a jewelry line, where I oversee and enhance their online presence, contributing to the brand's success and visibility.
