I am an expert when it comes to providing excellent customer's experience. With great knowledge about different fields of customer service such as billing, sales, and technical support. For both voice, chat, and messaging.
I have once worked at a retail shop. I do take care of the payments and collections. Restocking, inventory, sales strategy, marketing opportunities, and promotions are also something that I do for the business. Therefore, I have gathered vast knowledge about how businesses runs, and very much aware of how important my work has to do with its success.
I am a courageous and hard working person. I always had a wall between professional and personal life. I am very goal driven person and perfectionist at times. I always make sure that I am only producing nothing but accurate and efficient work. I always have an eye for details as well. Being in the industry of Customer Service for a long time gave me that urgency of doing everything right the first time. I also have this curiosity inside me. This allows me to always think out the box. Specially when it comes to problem solving and decision making where everything cannot be just from a knowledge based tool.
