I started my career as a Customer Service Representative for a big online travel agency back in 2018 working my way up and becoming a team manager before I resigned in 2021 to become a Virtual assistant for a property management company.

I have gained significant amount of experience, knowledge, and skills in communicating with guests, vendors, and company partners, as well as extensive experience in the tools used to operate multiple properties, and reservations.
