Profile Description

•Greeting guests with a warm and pleasant reception
•Serves guests at banquets, special functions, or during normal daily dining room operations
•Ensure that guests are served in a prompt and courteous manner to properly reflect the environment and
standards of the restaurant
•Inspects dining and serving areas to ensure cleanliness and proper setup
•Assists in setting up for banquets or special functions
•Mainly assigned in the Coffee and Pastry Shop outlet; acts as cashier, take orders, and serve food
•Assists guests by receiving their orders dining in or out as well as phone orders
•Bussing and resetting tables and keeps dining area and work area clean
•Helps in training new staff of the Food and Beverage service department
•Performs additional responsibilities, although not detailed, as requested by manager
•Continues to work as part of the team with willingness to pick up shifts as needed
