I worked in several phone provider companies before like Tracfone, T-Mobile, Straight talk, etc. We troubleshoot any kind of phone issues, we add service from different companies and also we transfer number from multiple service providers.
Also worked in Norton Lifelock before. We help our member's monitor their personal information like Social security number, credit cards, debit card, bank accounts and etc. I also help our member's for any kind of technical issues like downloading the software to any applicable devices.
I joined a training for General Virtual Assistant and from there I learnt how to be a Social Media Manager.
