My experience of almost 4 years in the BPO industry provided me with opportunities to work for an American bank and a US based mortgage company. I worked as a customer support and collections agent for over two years and assisted bank customers with their inquiries, billing concerns and payment arrangements. Then, I became a customer service representative for a real estate company where I provided property buyers/bidders and real estate agents with information and assistance to ensure smooth completion of the sale. I switched industry in 2015 and became an ESL teacher until last year.
