1) Guest Communications
     - Helps tenants find the right storage unit they're looking for
     - Assists in booking online to successfully rent the storage unit and help                           them move out of the storage unit upon request
     - monitors CCTV cameras to ensure the security of the rented storage.

2) Customer Service

    - Answer inquiries and solve customer facing issues
    - Provide customer education to help them understand the product

3) Technical Support Representative

-Guide and direct customer in navigating their device whenever
  performing troubleshooting

-Setup replacement order which involves credit card and personal
  information.
