He has a team of 15+ highly skilled individuals and trains his dev team not just in building software but to understand business value to align solutions to pain points and not just focus on writing code. They conduct team development session to improve soft skills and mindset every Mondays, share what they learned/worked on every Fridays and learn new technologies in spare time (with shared accounts with dozens of courses from different websites he purchased for his team).
His goal is to build highly specialized teams for every niche which are able to build valuable software/apps in just 6 weeks instead of 6 months* compared to a single full stack developer and enable the business to charge more by providing better customer experience and sell more by automating processes. He also aims to help 1 business earning less than 100K ARR for free every quarter to give back and practice using the latest technologies (like AI integration, right?).
*This is only a rough estimate versus to when he was working alone as it took him 5-6 months before to build a mini-ERP web app for a local insurance business but his current team now can just build something similar within a few weeks

Introduction: Reputationshelfer helps businesses get more sales offline by improving their online presence on Google Maps by deleting unfair negative reviews from users.
Challenge: Reputationshelfer needed to scale their operations. They were initially using spreadsheets to track their orders and reviews to delete, which made things difficult to manage. They were also paying for a SaaS tool for getting leads, which made their customer acquisition costs expensive.
Solution:
The team built an MVP in just 1 week for managing the orders without any fancy design or even an authentication system. It eventually evolved into a full-blown CRM with a Google Maps scraper plus a customer portal and kept adding features that are valuable to the customer and the business.
Outcome:
