Profile Description

FIXED ASSET
*Accurately record additions, disposals, and transfers of fixed assets in JDE
(the accounting software)
*Run the monthly depreciation process, review the results, analyze and
identify any variances that come out of the review and discuss with the
Financial Accountant *Provide fixed asset registers to stakeholders after careful review
*Prepare assigned balance sheet reconciliations each month for approval
*Prepare slides, attend, and present the fixed asset disclosures at the
monthly management balance sheet review
*Quarterly reporting providing information on additions, disposals, and
depreciation to support the Senior Financial Accounting Manager with
capital allowance calculations
PERIOD END ENTRIES
*Download relevant reports to be used in the period end entries
*Prepare all standard journal entries (including headcount) and submit for
posting approval.
BALANCE SHEET REVIEW
*Assist the Financial Accountant in extracting reports to be used in the
monthly balance sheet review
*Update the Cash, AR, AP, and Inter-company working files
Present assigned slides in the balance sheet review.
