I'm responsible for providing remote assistance to business management professionals. My duties include conducting research and organizing data, interacting with customers or clients on our employer’s behalf and performing additional clerical duties like updating calendars or sorting documents. I'm typically work for corporations from a remote area, enabling to complete our job duties at home. I've work closely with company employees using email, phone or video chat technologies to enter data into spreadsheets or update office calendars. My job is to answer customer phone calls and oversee transfers, create memos or newsletters and assist with planning travel details. I'm responsible for helping their employers maintain social networking platforms or customer support channels.
