I was also part of the Project management team where we are trained to handle clients with questions and inquiries. I have 6 months experience being a E-commerce Virtual Assistant specializing in Shopify store management. As a Shopify Virtual Assistant, I manage Shopify partner accounts, ensuring product listings are optimized and up to date. My responsibilities include checking product details, uploading product images, adding advertisements, and updating SEO tags to enhance visibility. I also update SKUs and product codes, verify that all links are functioning correctly, and make sure the storefront is well-maintained and user-friendly.
