I worked as a staffing manager of different office/home based call center agencies for the past 4 years and with the experience I had, I put up my own physical center with 15 seats and to manage and to coach them properly and we can guarantee highly-experienced agents who can successfully launch this project and deliver results as my assurance.
As a staffing manager and team leader, I'm willing to train the people I'm applying for a particular job to ensure the quality of their calls.
We currently using USB Headset for sounds quality, a fiber optic connection with 20mbps download and 10mbps upload speed and my quality agents who worked for the past 5 to 7 years in a corporate call center and we don’t asked for broker’s fee at all.
I can also work for any campaign and as a telemarketer my main objective is to provide utmost services to clients. Four years of telemarketing experience with projects focusing on sales, outbound cold calling,
appointment setting, deal advertisement
and lead generation,
and telephone provider
in Australia like Telstra and multi-tasking. I am proficient in using WEB-BASED TOOLS like, Softphone, Ring Central, Vici Dial and CRM like Phone Burner, Lava Leads, Zoho, Mojo Sells and Siebel. I got the certificate for MICROSOFT OFFICE USER SPECIALIST (MOUS) in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Access. The first one is a safety training for the staff, other one is a credit restoration service which also given me a chance to do the multitasking job like monitoring the agents, to process the clients payment online, chat support, emails and also been able to process the restoration of the prospect's credit score using CRC software.
