Profile Description

I am a Civil Engineer in profession with at least 3 years of experience with my chosen field of career. As a Civil Engineer, I was in charge of overall site supervision, this includes from manpower supervision to daily/monthly and yearly reports. I am also a highly skilled AutoCAD operator with a strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and structural design techniques. I am proficient in AutoCAD and Autodesk Mechanical, and I have a strong familiarity with all types of residential constructions. I am also skilled in mathematics, building materials, and engineering practices. I have an exceptional understanding of scaling, dimensioning, and wood framing operations, and I have a thorough knowledge of welded steel fabrication practices. I am also an excellent visualizer and can develop building blueprints with ease. I already transitioned to the BPO Industry with at least 14 months of International Voice Accounts and 4  months of Non-Voice Account. The following are my additional skills:

8. Experience in BPO Tools such as Zendesk, Shipping Tracker Tools, Optix and Citrix Tool, Live Engage Tools.
9. Experience in Engineering Tools such as AutoCAD and Sketchup.
