Hi! My name is Abi.

I started my career as a Customer Support Associate back in 2009. It helped me developed my Customer Service skills in handling clients over the phone with billing inquiries, technical support, hotel/airline reservations, and real estate.

I joined Airbnb in 2018, and became a Case Manager on that same year. After almost 3 years of working with beautiful people, I dUpgrade to see actual info to resign due to the pandemic. 

My freelancing career began this year, where I worked with a company called Comfy Living. My responsibilities covers all the communication with the guests, assisting them before, during and after the reservation. Responding to cleaning and maintenance concerns, check-in issues and all other urgent and non urgent reservation issues. 

Here are the list of what I do as a VA:
