I am an experienced virtual professional that specializes in the business development process and now holding a concierge position in a large international  Real Estate brokerage. I've been in the BPO industry and sales for over 10 years. I held the position of a Sales Development Representative for LexisNexis Canada - a legal and business information research tool at Reed Elsevier Philippines. I worked with Account Managers and Account executives in various segments (Small Law, MidLaw, Corporate and Government) to acquire new business and to retain existing accounts. My job entails but not limited to assisting in building up sales pipeline by prospecting, lead research, emails and phone calls, creating leads in Salesforce and monitoring sales progress. I also send reports to business partners offshore. Given my experience and competence as a Sales Development Specialist and working in Real Estate industry, I am confident in my ability to accomplish the task within the timeframe specified.
