My goal is to help my clients achieve their long term objectives and build a team or an individual contributor who can contribute to the most highly profitable sales and excellent customer service to my client's Ecommerce business platforms and other profitable business models to drive positive and sustainable cash flow for the satisfied clients of the company.
I started
handling travel accounts while working as a customer service agent in 2019. I
also applied for a part-time position with a travel and tours company, where I
was mostly responsible for booking flights, hotels, cars, and buses. Even
though it was only a part-time employment, I handled administrative tasks. My
most recent employer is Concentrix, where I manage one of the largest pool
providers in the US located at Phoenix,
even though I was there for almost 4 months, I was able to manage all of the
account's lines of
calls,
tier 2 tasks, which included managing e-commerce sites like Amazon, e-Bay, and
Walmart. I have improved all of my current talents and learned new ones as a
result of being able to explore every LOB the organization has to offer.
