Job responsibilities:
Day-to-day tasks necessary among any and all marketplaces:
•Listings + Listing Optimization.
•Inventory management.
•Variations.
•Fixing defects / case management.
•Reimbursements.
•Using Channeladvisor to execute changes / strategies.
• Proactive metrics reviews + maintaining “top rated” metrics.
• Account health appeals / violations.
• Managing and executing responsibilities in
• Fulfillment and logistics support (FBA, WFS, Nineyard).
• Repricing according to goals set by clients & managers.
•Any other tasks / projects that may be assigned by team leaders.
• Providing daily updates, alerts, and followups with highly responsive and thoughtful
communication through multiple channels (phone calls, instant messaging, e-mail, & more).
• Manage potential conflicts with all partners and clients, both internally and externally.
• Asking the “five why’s” to problem solve.
• Always showing respect.
• Solving problems upon finding a defect, or asking team leads for support / guidance.
•Proactively involving the team in communications and status updates.
• Assisting in the adoption of the ongoing changes to the needs of our clients and marketplaces.
Marketplace managed:
Amazon, eBay, Walmart, and Newegg.
Apps familiar with:
ChannelAdvisor,
Photo Edit:
Imagur, Canva, Photophea, Adobe Photoshop
AI app:
ChatGPT and Bard
Experience: 6 months - 1 year
Product listings - Experience in listing from scratch and existing listings.
Experience: 6 months - 1 year
Product optimization using relevant Keywords and variation of the Amazon existing listings.
