· Resolving inquiries, disputes, and complaints, in a courteous, efficient, and very timely manner
· Act as initial support and provide resolution while ensuring compliance with quality
· Act as an escalation point for internal and external issues
· Able to act as a liaison between clients/customers and internal departments
· Compiling and maintaining required paperwork, records, documents, and reports
· Providing basic technical support to clients/customers on product-related issues
· Social Media and Community Management and interacting with online groups
· Maintaining personal productivity and quality standards toward work
