I have been a Customer Service Representative for 4 years (3 years email and chat support, 1 year phone support) in a BPO company handling a ride sharing/food delivery app account where I am responsible in solving payments and order concerns of the customers. After 4 years of experience as CSR, I work with Accenture for 5 years handling healthcare account, responsible in responding to emails, assisting the members on their enrollments and plan renewals. I’ve been working remotely since the pandemic. As of the Upgrade to see actual infont, I am working part time with Validential as a Data Entry Operator. Honestly, I don’t have specific tool expertise since my previous jobs has their own tools for their business processes. In any case that you would require me to learn a specific program for a job, I am confident that you wouldn't spend a long time training me. I am a person that is always willing to learn and very flexible and can adapt well to changes.
