Profile Description

I am a professional Customer Service Specialist, Email Support, and an aspiring Virtual Assistant. I worked for over six years in a BPO company as a Customer Service Specialist and an E-mail Support for four years providing excellent customer service. For both calls and emails, I strived to resolve issues efficiently and provide a one-call or one-email resolution to ensure customer satisfaction. 

As a Customer Service Specialist, I learned how to promote products and make a sale when customers call to order for particular US brands. I delivered excellent service when they request a catalog, when they ask to track their orders or to be removed from the mailing list, rectify when packages are missing, or assist them on how to navigate the website among others. I would provide a single resolution in the shortest time possible to customers and handle at least 40+ calls a day. There are instances when I would call the customers to verify some information on their mail orders. 

As an Email Support, I consistently accomplished the goal of handling at least 25 emails per hour while making sure to rectify issues efficiently and provide a single email resolution.

I am dependable and I will never abandon a task assigned to me. I am efficient and easy to contact when you need to reach me. If in case, you would require me to undergo training or learn something new, I would be willing to do so and I can easily adapt. I am goal-driven and require minimal supervision once I have learned the ropes. 

I am willing to work full-time or part-time.
