Profile Description

I have been working since 2013, after I graduated. I have been a teacher for 2 years, teaching English and Philippine history. I also have 4 years of customer support experience, in which more than 3 years of it was for a bank under their mortgage department. Lastly, I have a 3-year experience being a  VA for an accounting firm and a mortgage broking company. With these experiences, I learned  to adapt to new  environments as much as possible, I learned how to use Google sheets and organized documents, managing emails, liaising between departments and people, data entry information to prepare loan applications for clients, manage complaints, assist clients with their billing concerns, and many Upgrade to see actual info was fun learning new things and making myself a master of those knowledge and skills.
