*Checks Purchase Request from store on the customer order transaction and
advise the estimated delivery date of the items for customer
information.
*Follow up deliveries of supplier/s to stores and warehouses to monitor the
status of delivery.
*Generates and Reviews Po list by status, Fill Rate of suppliers by monitoring status of issued PO’s/supplier to determine if they can deliver on time.
*Checks and reviews PO's unfilled by suppliers for flag down or close order.
*Analyses stock inventory in the system and proposes stock transfer to other
stores to minimize overstocking and non-moving items in the store.
*Monitors fast-moving items and recommends increase either in minimum order quantity (MOQ), order multiple (OM)
