Profile Description

Ensuring application quality of complex transactional systems.
Working with the stakeholders (Business and Technical) to create appropriate test
documentation.
Identify defects and assist development team to create solutions
Assist with internal system support as required
Provide advice and mentorship to other members of the team
Participate in meetings
API testing: Postman
Bug Tracking: qTest Manager, JIRA
Ensures completeness and accuracy of documentary and informational requirements related to configuration, change
or release management.
Leads and/or facilitates the documentation of ICT processes or systems.
Prepares test plans for assigned projects
Documents process flows, response times and service levels for purposes of improving overall performance of
department.
Assists in the implementation, maintenance, and quality assessment of processes aligned with international standards
such as CMMI, ITIL or ISO 27001.
