Profile Description

I have been a customer support representative for one (1) year for healthcare benefits specific for US Citizens. I have also experience being a social media manager for over 4 years. I have also worked as an external auditor in an Insurance Company for over 1 year. I attended Bachelor of Science in Management Accounting at Cor Jesu College Inc. and had graduated recently. As a result of this, I was able to induce and maintain a high quality of service, which allows me to recognize my own areas for growth. I'm competent at conducting accurate online research, managing emails, and communicating with clients and staff of other firms with whom I may be required to communicate on behalf of the firm. Because of my previous call center experiences, I have also obtained professional English training.
As stated in the overview of my skills, I am pretty much versatile with the jobs that I will be allocated to complete. You can count on me to never abandon a task, and you will have no trouble contacting me. This is why I am efficient; I will always be there at your beck and call.
In any event, if you ask me to master a certain software for this position, I am convinced that you will not waste time training Upgrade to see actual info fact, like most applications I know now, I might as well study it myself. I can guarantee you that I am capable of simply adapting to any type of training or program that the work demands. I'm the type of person who needs little supervision once I've learned the basics.
