Working as a Service Coordinator at an Air- conditioning Company is pretty challenging
and quite fast face, you need to be able to move and think fast to serve and produce good result not only to the Boss but more specifically to all customers I attend
be a good team player to be able to have a good relationship to other employee's and work together as a team to resolve problems.
I gain so much confidence and skills working in these field and few of them are the following skills:
1. Patience
to be able to negotiate patiently to the customer to address their needs and problems.
2. Managing Task
Giving task to every employee's and proper area designations to give services to the customers.
3. Purchasing
Ordering parts needed to fix Air-conditioning problem
4.Accounting
Making Bills for the customers,
keeping records of cash coming in and out, prepare account payables on Air-conditioning parts purchased to be settled and keeping notes of all other services expenses.
Sometimes I do helped our HR/Accounting to prepare
employee's Cash Advance and Salary to be released.
5. Answering incoming and outgoing calls from customer Inquiries, answering
I've also worked as a personal Secretary on a Construction Company which I also gain some skills and these are few of them.
1. Banking
Transferring Money from one account to another account . Making withdrawal slips to in cash money, Preparing cheque payables for expenses and Employee's Salary.
2. Encoding
Proper designation and records of files to be submitted as weekly expenses reports, encoding of Truck Units and their status.
3. Accounting
taking care and preparing employee's payroll every week.
I'm a very hardworking person with good working attitude and personality a high willingness to learn and grow in any field, a strong will to meet given task before deadline, produce and acceptable good results lastly a Team player.
