I have been working as a Customer/Technical and Chat Support as for almost 5 years in a BPO company here in Manila for a BPO. During those years, it allowed me to develop not only my skills but also my personal character. It has molded me to be more patient, to be more resourceful and flexible as well as pushing myself beyond my limitation these characters helped me to stay in the company for almost 12 years.
