Memorizing the entire line of company products & services, including prices and special discounts
• Understanding customer needs and recommending appropriate products and rate plans.
• Developing innovative ways to sell products and services to customers.
• Handling customer requests for payments, activations, upgrades, and other services.
• Providing basic technical support for clients
• Preparing account statements for customers. Following up on outstanding payments and answering customer queries.
• Monitoring all payments and preparing monthly billing reports.
• Managing account balances and resolving inconsistencies.
• Handling 40+ calls daily, with duties including signing up new customers, retrieving customer data, presenting relevant product information.
• Suggesting a new strategy to persuade cancelling customers to stay with the  company
