I am well organized, efficient, versatile and self-motivated. The key to my success has been to learn quickly and adapt to changes in the workplace. I've been with BPO for over 8 years.
I've previously worked at three different telecommunications companies, quickly advancing from Customer Representative to Customer Service Retention, with training lasting only a month. My roles involved assisting customers with their mobile devices and selling new phones and insurance, both in the UK and the US.
Leaving my comfort zone as a telecommunications agent, I transitioned to a logistics company where I also worked in Customer Service. This experience taught me that change is a natural part of life, making adaptability a crucial skill. Accepting that nothing stays the same forever opens up opportunities for personal and professional growth. Resisting inevitable change is like trying to stop the sun from rising or setting. By being actively involved, I learned to embrace change through understanding, receptiveness, openness, and adaptability.
My goal has always been to exceed the expectations of both my employer as well as my customer.
