I have worked as an accountant for more than ten years where I developed a good level of accounting skills specifically on the practice of accurate bookkeeping, full-cycle accounting, preparation of financial statements, correspond with external auditors, preparing corporate and individual tax returns for both private and public companies in Canada. I have also worked as a bookkeeper for a US accounting firm for eight months. I have managed an accounting team in Cebu Philippines for more than seven years. My accounting software experience includes Quickbooks (online and desktop), Xero and Sage50. I have also developed a good proficiency level in MS Word and Excel. Apart from these skills, I have also experienced, and thus, am capable of addressing customer issues via emails. With all these said, I believe that I am a good candidate for an accountant and bookkeeper role you are looking for.
