I have been a customer service sales representative for one of the BPO company for more than a year. Our campaign solely focuses on providing healthcare benefits to individuals and make sure that they are receiving the maximum and updated benefits that they are entitled to. My job as a Fronter is to verify that the lead is qualified, once qualified, I briefly discuss the benefits that they may receive from that specific healthcare plan. After discussing the benefits, I transfer them to our onshore agents since they will be the one to assist the customer in enrolling to that specific plan that they want to. Additionally, I have also been designated as one of the POC's for our team and I was the one assigned for the team's tracker. As a POC, one of my task is to make sure that our team's EOD (end of day) trackers are always updated for every 2 hours because our TL's will send an update to the client within the scheduled time.
Within this more than a year experience in the BPO industry, I have enhanced my basic skills in communicating, teamwork, time management and most specially I have honed my ability to do multitask.
Having these summary of my experience and skills, I am pretty much flexible with whatever the task that I will be appointed to do. I am dependable when it comes to completing task and never abandoning them.
In any case that I will be required to undergo a specific training for this job, I am very much willing to learn and study the program. I
would do my very best to not give you hard time and spend a long time training me. I assure you that I am a person who easily adopts to a certain training or program that requires me to.
