I've been working as a call center agent in the BPO industry for almost 10 years now. I have learned a lot from my work, not just the skills alone that we have learned from work but also mingling/ socializing each other that develop my self-esteem.
I experienced doing inbound calls that includes universal calls, technical, billing, and etc. I also experienced doing outbound calls, working on different cases/tickets that have quota to reach per day. I have learned different skills just to resolve the customer's issue.
Working as a customer service representative is very fun and interesting.
