As a customer support specialist, I am an excellent communicator, need to be able to understand customer needs and provide helpful solutions.

 As a Virtual Assistant, I managed a variety of tasks, typically administrative, technical, or creative, to support businesses and individuals. My duties can range from managing emails and scheduling appointments to handling social media accounts and conducting market research. I help improve productivity by taking on tasks that can be done remotely, allowing my clients to focus on higher-priority projects.
