Investor Client: 
* I was handling a team as the Acquisitions / Disposition Specialist and Operations and Marketing manager. 

* I was in charge of Qualifying Warm Leads for acquisitions coming from different sources such as PPC and Digital Ads. 

* Generates comps using different sources such as: 
     - PropertyRadar, 
     - Propstream, 
     - Lead Sherpa, and
     - MLS. 
* Computing ARV and Potential Profit. 

* Assists on Preparing Contracts. 

* Create presentations and property marketing materials for Disposition on Investorlift and other social Media Platforms. 

* I Also handled a team, overseeing the operations for the cold callers and Social Media Contents.  

* I also handle the payroll, timesheet, and invoices of the other VAs and construction staff hours and expenditure report and bookkeeping since my previous client does the constructions on their flips. 

* Pulling up and skip tracing seller leads, qualifying the leads submitted by the lead generators based on our buy box, and forwarding it to the client. 

* I’m also savvy on how to comp properties closely similar to how appraisers do comps using MLS. And also how investors and wholesalers run comps. 

*I organize spreadsheets and reports for all the campaigns' outreach and follow-ups. 

*Also, Builds and manages the Buyers list and verify their buy box. 

* Market properties for disposition using different platforms such
us 
     - Investorlift, 
     - Carrot website, 
     - Facebook ads, and 
     - Other related Social Media platforms. 


Broker / Realtor Client: 
* Manage CRMs 
    - Follow-up Boss
    - Podio 
    - Homebot, 
and other Lead Portals such as: 
    - Redfin, 
    - Clever Leads, 
    - Fast Expert, 
    - Upnest, 
    - Movoto, and 
    -Realscout 
* Doing the initial calls and follow-ups and appointment setting. 
* Scheduling client meetings, property viewings, and other appointments, 
* Manages the calendar effectively. 
* Answering phone calls, emails, and texts from clients, providing information about properties, and 
* Following up on leads. 
* Gathering market data, 
* Researching comparable properties, and 
* Preparing market reports for clients. 
* Document management, 
* Marketing support.


Prior to being an operations and Marketing Manager I also worked as a Lead
Generation specialist for over 2 years. Then I Worked with a realtor and Investor.
