I have been a customer support professional for almost 10 years now. My experience in that field allowed me to hone my skills to meet both customer and client requests. The previous job I had specialized in offering administrative services to clients via email, chat, and phone from the US, Canada, and Australia. Mostly to address their billing inquiries, selling products and documenting accounts in line with what service they asked.
