When I started as a retention agent, I was awarded as an amazing newbie for meeting all the Upgrade to see actual info line with this, I was considered as an Agent Quality Assurance VIP helping my fellow agents to be on track with their QA standing. I then got promoted to Workforce from Real Time Monitoring to Workforce Lead for Forecasting and Scheduling.
